By accessing the jat baj platform at https://jat-baj.com, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in any demonstration capacity — you ("the Player", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the jat baj platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jat baj ("we", "us", "our ", or "the Platform"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jat baj platform and close your account.

jat baj reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English-language version. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding in the event of a conflict with the English text.

Use of the jat baj platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jat baj operates a strict 18+ policy. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money activity on the platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false or misleading information during registration — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. jat baj reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active jat baj account only. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether in your own name or under any alias, associated identity, or shared device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jat baj reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from duplicate accounts, and confiscate any balances or bonus funds held within those accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jat baj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with its obligations as an internationally licensed gaming operator. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time jat baj deems necessary. Acceptable documents include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing the registered mobile number, or a bank statement for bank transfer accounts)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — or provision of fraudulent, altered, or otherwise inauthentic documents — will result in account suspension and may result in the reporting of the matter to relevant authorities. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jat baj Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jat baj will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jat baj immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. jat baj accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

All financial transactions on the jat baj platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jat baj does not apply any currency conversion to your account balance at any stage. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the Bangladeshi payment methods listed in the table below.

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to a person other than the jat baj account holder — are strictly prohibited. jat baj does not charge any processing fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard fees charged by your mobile wallet provider on their end are outside jat baj's control.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jat baj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where the account has an outstanding KYC requirement, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jat baj may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, following a 30-day advance written notice to the registered email address. Balances that have been fully consumed by inactivity fees will result in account closure. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

jat baj offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.

Bonus Abuse

jat baj employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, exploiting technical errors or miscommunications in bonus terms, or coordinating activity across accounts to extract promotional value unfairly. Where bonus abuse is identified, jat baj reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if abuse is confirmed.

All casino games available on jat baj — including slots, live casino tables, and specialty games — are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates according to that provider's individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Random Number Generation & RTP

• Odds may change between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed. If odds change materially before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the revised odds.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with jat baj's abandonment rules as published on the platform at the time of the event.
• jat baj reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error resulted in an obviously incorrect price being displayed.

Disputes & Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, jat baj reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the wager to the player's account. jat baj's decision in all disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and technical errors is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Players who wish to dispute a game outcome or settlement must contact support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jat baj platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where confirmed — permanent account closure with forfeiture of any outstanding balance:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location in any interaction with jat baj.
• Money laundering: Using the jat baj platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. jat baj cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, and sharing of game outcome information in live dealer games.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineering jat baj's platform code, or using any tool that provides an unfair advantage not available to all players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a jat baj deposit. Where a chargeback is confirmed to be fraudulent, jat baj will seek recovery of all funds involved.
• Underage gambling facilitation: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 18 to access, use, or benefit from your jat baj account.
• Multiple account abuse: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose.

jat baj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jat baj has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jat baj support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jat baj will process any outstanding legitimate withdrawal requests to the verified payment method on file before closing the account. Voluntary closure requests made by players who are seeking a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests — please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for details of the self-exclusion process.

Suspension Pending Investigation

Where jat baj initiates an investigation into suspected breach of these Terms — including suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation — the affected account may be suspended during the investigation period. During suspension, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. jat baj aims to complete investigations within 14 days, though complex cases may take longer. Players will be notified of the outcome of any investigation by email.

Effect of Closure on Outstanding Balance

Where an account is closed by jat baj due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full at jat baj's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request, any positive real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jat baj's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jat baj account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

jat baj shall not be liable — whether directly, indirectly, incidentally, or consequentially — for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the jat baj platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to events beyond jat baj's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment provider outages;
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that contained technical errors subsequently corrected by jat baj;
• Any indirect or consequential loss of any kind, even if jat baj had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jat baj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

jat baj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — jat baj will provide no less than 14 days' advance written notice to all registered players via the email address on file. Where amendments are minor (typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect player rights), jat baj may publish the revised Terms immediately without advance notice.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the jat baj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jat baj with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and jat baj relating to your use of the platform.
